Budget and Time management

Mandatory capabilities - must have - to develop and provide Budget and Time managed project management: ( based on the created Project Plan):  Principal work is to manage varied complex IT Projects   evelop comprehensive integrated plans/scedules outlining contractual milestones, project scope, goals, deliverables, task and resources with a detailed calendar considering change freezez, vacation periods, public holidays and business calendars  ollaborate with the team (projects, sales, management, product managers, subject matter expers, etc) to define the overall objectives and success criteria.   Collaborate with the leads to allocate resources ensuring successfull project execution.   Monitor resource utilization, project and program finance  Incorporate monitoring and controlling activities, standards and program customizations for ensusing KPIs measurement  Monitor, address and resolve risks thrsougout the program lifecycle to minimize disruptions and ensure program goals are achieved  Report to management/board team Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Identify and manage the depedencies and the critical path  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirments documentation, and presentations.  Proactively mange changes, Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and contractors, influence them to take positive action and accounability for their assigned work Build, develop, and grow any busines relationships vital tot he sucess of the project
