  • Pre-Sales activities ensuring customer requirements and business needs (BA) 
  • Business Deliverables are captured, coordinate questionnaire filling on both side.
  • Conduct workshops aligning the technical approaches for both transition and transformation as well as service delivery
  • Prepare the overall roadmap and the transition and transformation flight plan
  • Review the projects statement of work ensuring scope, milestones, assumptions, 
  • Managed, logged or identified risks and client obligations administrated in RAID excell
  • Early phase setup for the activities on the critical path
  • Onboard the PMO, program level architects, PMs and Testing Team

Responsibilities
  • · Manage at portfolio level the projects, running programs, and individual requests
  • · Act as a counterpart/portfolio lead between the internal teams and the Customer
  • · Create and maintain comprehensive portfolio documentation, including project charters, business cases, and project plans.
  • · Prepare and present portfolio reports to senior management and decision-makers
  • · Implement portfolio governance processes to maintain control and oversight
  • · Perform project selection and prioritization (ROI and ROE with KPI metrics)
  • · Attend the projects/program steering meetings, act as an escalation point
  • · Review contracts and provide signatures for proposed contracts and change requests, if needed negotiate them with the Customer
  • · Allocate resources (budget, personnel, technology) to various projects within the portfolio.
  • · Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and returns.
  • · Identify and assess risks/issues escalated at the portfolio level
  • · Track the progress and performance of each project/program in the portfolio.
