- Pre-Sales activities ensuring customer requirements and business needs (BA)
- Business Deliverables are captured, coordinate questionnaire filling on both side.
- Conduct workshops aligning the technical approaches for both transition and transformation as well as service delivery
- Prepare the overall roadmap and the transition and transformation flight plan
- Review the projects statement of work ensuring scope, milestones, assumptions,
- Managed, logged or identified risks and client obligations administrated in RAID excell
- Early phase setup for the activities on the critical path
- Onboard the PMO, program level architects, PMs and Testing Team
- Conduct the transition and transformation kick-off meeting
- Align the governance process and implement it top down
- Adjust Monitoring and Control process needed for the overall Transition and Transformation period
- Implement the Process for creating and maintain the Integrated Program Schedule
- Integrate ITIL Processes lead time into the Integrated Program Schedule
- Manage Program Level RISKs mitigation approaches
- Manage cross-project resources to accomplish the required major changes
- Identify the risk/issue and design response protocol for the mitigation plan
